Fitness

Fit Kids (Ages 7 to 13)
This is a total body workout combining gymnastics, bodyweight calisthenics, and having Fun![View Schedule]

Pre-School

Gym-mini-crickets (Ages 3-4)
These classes are 50 minutes in length and make your childs introduction to gymnastics FUN! Classes are taught in a circuit program to keep everyone moving. The little gymnasts work on all Olympic events either directly or with modified apparatus.[View Schedule]

Girls Gymnastics

Little Shots (Ages 5&6)
This our beginning level girls gymnastics class for girls ages 5 and 6. It covers all the Women's Olympic events (Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor) and also has fun on the trampoline and in the pit on special weeks. This is our introductory class for girls gymnastics.[View Schedule]

Big Shots (Ages 7+)
This our beginning level girls gymnastics class for girls ages 7 and up. It covers all the Women's Olympic events (Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor) and also has fun on the trampoline and in the pit on special weeks. This is our introductory class for girls gymnastics.[View Schedule]

SuperShots (Invite Only)
This class is 1 1/2 hour long and is the last step before joining Team SEGA. The practices are structured like Team Practices which incorporate a conditioning program. Invitation only.[View Schedule]

Boys

Beastie Boys (Ages 5&6)
SEGA's younger boys program trains the little guys for both our Acro and Gymnastics programs. These young flippers work out on trampolines, floor, and gymnastics equipment. This give them a good start for either of our older boys programs.[View Schedule]

Tough Guys (Ages 7+)
This boys program works on Olympic apparatus including the Rings and Parallel bars. It also trains the boys on floor and trampoline to keep them flipping. We call them 'Tough Guys', and the program emphasizes upper body strength. Ages 7+[View Schedule]

Cheer Tumbling

Open Gym (Ages 7+)
This is an hour and a half open tumbling practice. This is a great chance to get some practice on your own tumbling skills with staff supervision. The floor and trampoline are available for your workout.[View Schedule]

Cheer Tumbling (Ages 5+)
This class is aimed at developing the tumbling skills needed in todays cheerleading. This one hour class will cover fundamental and advanced tumbling with emphasis on back tumbling.[View Schedule]
